The Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 RM "Driveway Grey" (often referred to as the Grey/Anthracite edition) is a modern, BMX-inspired reimagining of the classic Air Jordan 4. This "Restomod" (RM) version features a lower profile and heavy padding designed for the "Bike Life" lifestyle, drawing inspiration from the anthracite-colored driveway at Nigel’s grandmother’s house where he first learned to ride.
 
Design and Aesthetics
The upper is primarily crafted from premium Anthracite suede, giving it a monochromatic and "stealthy" look. A key design departure from the original AJ4 is the TPU cage that wraps around the heel and midfoot, replacing the traditional wings and netting for a more streamlined, durable feel. To add a pop of contrast, a University Red mini-Swoosh is embroidered on the lateral forefoot.

In place of the standard "Nike Air" or Jumpman logo, the heel features raised "Bike Air" branding, a signature touch for Nigel Sylvester’s collaborations.
